The raffle will be offered throughout the State of Florida, except for the following counties: De Soto, Charlotte, Glades, Okeechobee, Indian River, Saint Lucie, Martin, Lee, Hendry, Palm Beach, Collier, Broward, Monroe, and Miami-Dade (the "Raffle Area"). Void outside the raffle Area and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.
